- Senior Coordinator begins 8-10 weeks prior to the Wedding Day.
- Includes 1 tablescape design meeting: assistance with linens, chargers, napkins, chargers, menu placement, centerpiece consultation.
- Generate & manage the ‘Day of’ organizational documents:
- Contact lists
- Setup & Strike (breakdown) list
- Photo Shoot Timeline / Breakdown
- Makeup Artist / Hair Scheduling (if applicable)
- Packing List
- Eleni & Co. New York team checklists.
- Personal Item Management:
- Gather and organize personal items used for event styling.
- Assemble favors and other wedding accessories.
- Meeting with clients to discuss final details & decisions to close the planning and design process.
- Final calls and emails to confirm details prior to the event with client, venue and vendors.
- Manage ordinances obliging to venue regulations.
- Dispersing timelines, all appropriate documents to vendors, and address all concerns.
- Being the point of contact for all vendors involved, including Bridal Party & families.
- Eleni & Co. New York Team onsite to assist setup, check-in vendors, style & execute designs for ‘Day of’.
- Accompanying the Bride and the Bridal Party the morning of.
- Emergency- Event Emergency Kit fully equipped with Head Planner & Assistant.
- Handle any unforeseen issues that arise.
- Confirm delivery of Bridal Bouquet, Bridal Party, Groomsmen, Groom & Families.
- Assist with all dress / wardrobe changes (if applicable).
- Overlooking the Bride throughout the whole day to ensure picture perfect moments at all times.
- Tending to the Bride, Groom and families to ensure everyone is comfortable, and having a great time!
