  • Unlimited communication throughout the planning process:
    • We ensure your needs are met at all times and are available to you throughout the planning process.
  • Event Vision Development:
    • Determining your tone, preferences, priorities, taste and style to create your dream event.
    • We create a comprehensive inspiration vision board to set the design concept according to your vision.
  • Budget Estimate and Management:
    • Assist with setting a realistic budget.
    • Cost analysis and estimates for each vendor line item.
    • Manage the budget, track payments and due dates.
  • Venue / Catering Management:
    • If needed, we can help select the ideal venue that best fits location, capacity, your budget, style and type of event you will have. We ensure full and complete transparency with the venue for all Covid-19 related topics, as well as handle any postponements and necessary arrangements.
    • Multiple on-site visits (at least 2).
    • Provide timeline, final layout, final guest count and vendor list to venue.
    • Obtain necessary insurances, COIs & venue agreements from vendors.
    • For outdoor events: determine emergency response plans for inclement weather.
  • Vendor Relations, Selection & Management:
    • Research and review vendor options that best fit the client’s budget.
    • Provide briefings and consultations with vendors to fit the vision and budget.
    • Request and review design proposals and contracts for each vendor.
    • Contact vendors to obtain quotes.
    • Negotiate final contracts.
    • Act as primary contact for all communication between vendors.
    • Work with vendors to organize timelines, logistics, and event needs.
    • Arrange & attend decision making meetings or calls with all vendors involved.
    • Strategize emergency plans with all vendors involved, as well as for any Covid-19 related situations.
  • Stationery: (Assist with the following)
    • Invitation wording & design.
    • Reception Stationery wording & design.
    • Mail out Services: stuffing, assembly, postages, delivery.
    • Review & negotiate final contracts with stationery vendor(s).
  • Preparations:
    • Assist with guest list, seating and floor plans.
    • Create a tentative floor plan.
    • Arrange final drop off of personal items for the venue.
    • Manage RSVPs and track information necessary for guest seating as needed.
    • Finalize the floor plans and report to necessary vendors.
